Pebb acquired the property in 2014. In 2015 Aqua Park undertook a significant capital improvement plan to renovate units and align the amenity packages with student demands. Pebb also increased the “parent appeal” and rebrand the assess under a common "Aqua" brand to drive market awareness. Pebb sold the property in 2017.
