Pebb efficiently deployed capital to reconfigure the clubhouse, create a market-leading gym and rebrand the property. Pebb also instituted best-in-class management which has improved tenant satisfaction and yielded significant prelease velocity. Pebb subsequently sold the property for $17.0M in November 2017.
