Sundy Village is located at the signalized intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Boulevard in Delray Beach, where traffic heading east from I-95 converges from four lanes to two, making Sundy Village the gateway into the Delray Beach entertainment corridor. The campus will feature modern F&B concepts, fitness/wellness spaces, and 2+ acres of landscaped outdoor areas complementing the existent vibrant Atlantic Avenue.
