Ian Horowitz is co-founder and managing principal at PEBB Capital, a diversified, multi-strategy real estate and private equity investment firm. In this role, Horowitz spearheads the firm’s real estate investment platforms as well as overseeing its fixed income portfolio and private alternative investment platform.
Prior to joining PEBB Capital, he worked in the finance industry for more than a decade with matters related to traded fixed income, derivatives and equities. Currently, Horowitz plays a leading role in overseeing PEBB Capital’s acquisition, construction development, capital markets, asset and portfolio management strategies. Horowitz began his career as an attorney for Prudential Securities and served as a compliance examiner for the National Association of Securities Dealers enforcement division. He received his bachelor’s in government and politics from the University of Maryland and juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
