Pebb is selectively making preferred equity investments to support the development and redevelopment of Class A properties in core urban markets. These investments are expected to generate mid-teens IRRs while maintaining last dollar bases of 75-85% of cost, which we believe represents an attractive risk-adjusted return in the current pricing environment.
